It's Monday already?! The weekend flew by with all of our activities for Bond's birthday. We ate out all weekend with friends and family so this week we need some good healthy homemade meals! We do have one evening event on Tuesday, but other than that we will eat at home all week!
Monday - whole wheat spaghetti with artichoke hearts and chicken sausage stuffed with spinach and asiago.
Tuesday - we have a young adults event for church at a restaurant, Hideaway Pizza, that is just 2 blocks from our church. Fingers crossed for a good turn out!
Wednesday - lentils, green peppers, tomato. and diced grilled chicken with some salsa
Thursday - flat out pizzas with spinach, green pepper, and tomato
Friday - something easy, maybe frozen pizza or flat outs again??
