New Clutch Wallet

I, like many women, tend to update my purse, wallet, briefcase, etc. on a regular basis.  By “update” I mean fall in love with a new, and usually expensive, bag that I have to have because it is the greatest bag ever and of course will never need to be replaced.  I have actually been carrying the same purse for over a year now, which has to be some kind of record. 

I recently discovered, courtesy of Pink Lou Lou at Confessions of a 20 Something, the Hobo Lauren Clutch.  I started to look online for colors I liked and sales that made it affordable.  Then last weekend as luck would have it, I was in Dillards on a shoe expedition, when I wondered into the purse section, just to check and see what was on sale.  I found this…

It was on the 50% off rack which put it firmly in my budget and made it the best price I had seen in store or online.  Plus the color was super fun!  This clutch has a magnetic closure in the center that holds your Drivers License, most used debit or credit cards, and a zipper pocket. 

I use the zipper pocket for receipts I need to keep.  It’s also a good place to put a cell phone or lip gloss.

There are two side pockets.  One side has places for the rest of your cards, receipts, etc. 

The other side has a zipper pocket for change.  I keep cash in there too (when I have it).  This side is big enough for my checkbook incase I need it or my cell phone when I use it as a clutch. 

The Hobo Lauren is a must have because I can use it as my everyday wallet, but without removing anything I can add my cell phone and a chapstick or lipgloss and carry it as a clutch.
