Menu Monday

Happy Monday, let's see what's cooking this week!



Monday - tonight I am making 3 bean chili with ground turkey. This recipe is from the Abs diet and was in Men's Health awhile back. It is one of. Joy easy go to recipes with lots of leftovers.

Tuesday - I have a church committee meeting that will go past 7 so this will be a fend for yourself evening. I will probably have a sandwich or a baked potato.

Wednesday - I am thinking yellow or brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken strips, and salsa. It's easy healthy can will make at least one left over.

Thursday - probably an end of the week I am exhausted frozen pizza. I always have a thin crust fairly low calorie pizza in the freezer.

Friday - make your own tacos! I love Mexican food on a stay at home Friday night!

What I'm loving Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! I am loving a lot this week so let's get started!



I'm loving... That to day is my Friday and tomorrow I be to travel to sunny California for a bachelorette trip. No drinking for me, but I do get to spend some quality girl time, which is priceless!

I'm loving... the hotel we are staying at in Santa Monica. Check out the online pictures.








I will post some of my own after I get back.

I'm loving... The new ABC show Scandal. It's on on Thursday nights after Grey's Anatomy. Check it out online, there are only 3 episodes so far.




I'm loving... That tonight I am going to a book signing for Hope As Old As Fire by Rt. Rev. Steven Charleston, who is currently the acting interim dean at our church St. Paul 's. it is a collection of meditations he wrote on Facebook. He is a gifted preacher and writer so I hope you check it out if you ate interested.



I'm loving... As always my wonderful husband!

Baby Vincent update: week 17

I am 17 weeks now and feeling good. Our next appointment and ultrasound are on May 16. We are finding out the sex so we will know in 3 weeks and one day!



We have been really busy the last few weeks and will continue to be busy through July 4th, with non baby related activities, so I am tired, but feeling good and happy!

I have been eating a lot of cereal, mainly Life cereal lately, but I am it too picky :)



I will continue to keep you updated and will defiantly post on May 16th!
