What I'm Loving Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! Today is a very happy Wednesday because it is also my Friday! I am loving that I am heading out tomorrow to join Bond for a mini "babymoon", which for those who don't know is a vacation before baby arrives, the last one you may get for quite some time! Here is what else I am loving this week...

I'm loving... The lyric theater's first production in the summer series, Bye Bye Birdie. I have never seen it live and just loved it!

I'm loving... This cute arrangement one of my coworkers received, it's a puppy plant!

I'm loving... My Pinterest finds this week

Isn't his fruit and cheese plate a great idea for July 4th!
I'm loving... As always my wonderful husband! Can't wait to see him tomorrow!!

What are you living this week?

Baby Vincent Update: week 26

All is good at the Vincent home. We are into week 26 and still feel pretty good. I am starting to feel too large to do some things, like bend at some angles, but I can do pretty much everything else.

I am on my own this week, but only until Thursday when I join Bond in San Fransico for a mini baby moon. I am very excited, especially because I get to see one of my best friends that recently moved out there. Since I am on my own I had to improvise a picture this week, and it is in a new OU shirt!

We have an appointment next Thursday, so that will probably be my next update as well. If you don't visit again before then have a great 4th of July!

Menu Monday

Happy Monday! I am not doing much cooking this week because Bond is out of town and I have a short week as well. I am going to stay on the healthy side, but mostly quick and easy meals. Happy planning...

Monday - make your own tacos with my sister's homemade pico! I will use refried black beans, spinach, pico, and a small amount of grated cheese.

Tuesday - I have a late meeting and tickets to a musical at the civic center, so I will pack a sandwich and some fruit to eat on the go.

Wednesday - something easy and light, maybe finishing off any leftovers, or even scrambled egg whites with veggies, toast, and fruit. I love breakfast for dinner!

I leave town Thursday morning to join Bond for the weekend, so my wonderful sister and BIL will be eating at our house the rest of the week and probably cooking much more than I plan too! more on that in this weeks baby update :)

What are you cooking up this week?
